Hey there guys,
Booked it! They said all was hunky, dory but could we get there at half 7!
Said yes as thought this would be ok. It will give us good time to meet in the lime bar.
It will be so great to meet you all.
Andy has had to fly to Auckland today, but he will be back late on Wednesday. For a minute he was worried he might miss a curry- god forbid!

Re: Christchurch meet-ups?
Hi all - Andy here from sunny Auckland. Will be jetting home soon so will deffo be there. Certainly not gonna miss a curry!
I will make up a little flag type thingy so that we can be an easy group to spot in either Lime Bar or the restaurant (though I imagine 20 or so brits are gonna be somewhat hard to miss!!). I have a suspicious feeling that Lime bar may be closed, and so if it is then the alternative spot is the Italian restaurant right next door. They do a great Peroni in there
Also - and I know this sounds totally cheesy so tell me to do one if you want - but I will bring some stickers too so that if you want to you can put your expats handle and real name on there. The last meet up I went to I kept getting everything very confused. It may just be me though, so feel free to completely ignore this suggestion.
Lookin' forward to it - see y'all there!!!

As a heads up, for those that have them, Himalaya is in The Entertainment Book offering 25% off the total bill up to $30 so bring it along if you have it.
Also - as there are so many coming PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE keep a track of what you order and what you buy to drink. I really don't want to be left carrying the can for a short bill and having to make up the difference - been there done that and it wasn't a great feeling.
Finally, just as a reminder you can bring wine but not beer, and it's around $2.50 or so for corkage.
See yez soon!
