Christchurch meet-ups?
Hi. I am new to this site - wish I'd known about it ages ago! Just wondered if anyone in Christchurch has already set up meet-ups or if not if anyone is interested in after-work drinks/coffees? I'd love to meet other expats and shoot the breeze over a glass or two....

Hello there,
As you can see we are not in Christchurch but a couple of hours South in Timaru
We do come up to Christcurch quite alot for shopping etc so maybe I could send you a PM if we are up that way and we could meet in the future? Obviously, with the distance, after work drinks wouldn't really be an option for us but I wanted to send a reply seen as most peeps on here are up on the North Island.
If you are ever wandering South down highway 1 and passing through Timaru let us know, you are always welcome to pop in
Maybe see you in the future.

Ok, seeing as I started this, shall I be bold and suggest next week? Maybe Thursday? If people are free. Is there a particular place that's good for curry?
