Default Christchurch Electrical Work

Hi, so we've been over here 5 years. Currently working and living in Taupo.
I've a strong desire to get back into commercial installation work, which in Taupo is pretty much not happening at the moment.
Does anyone know who are doing the main commercial contracts down there, such as the hospital etc. So I could get in touch and work sub contract. Keep getting bombarded by Hays and other recruitment agency peeps, but rates are not favourable due to them taking a large cut, but would rather go direct any way.
Also any ideas on accommodation for a start up, just the one person, cheers.
Or if you want a job swap have mine in Taupo,

oh dear, no one came back, my only suggestion would be to have a go using the search facility above with electrican as the search word, as I know there has been lots of discussion on this subject.
