Bullys at work

Re: Bullys at work
Hi SSKY, really sorry to hear your experience. Glad to hear your happy to work at the airport and the positive experiences you have with travellers, I'm sure you make a great impression on those customers. As for your boss, maybe offer to take them for a coffee to 'clear the air'. If nothing works that you try, make sure you keep a diary with notes of when events happened and notes of what happened. Also keep copies of any positive events such as good customer feedback, mystery shopper reports or staff reviews. This will help you should you ever need to take further action. Best wishes and keep smiling!

Re: Bullys at work
This is my day off, yesterday I was so nervous to go into work that I was shaking but I put on my confident face and strode in with a happy smile.
Later that day the manager came in and was extremely positive about everything and me, as if nothing had happened!
I was so relieved but I'm not silly, I feel like I won the war this time but who knows what's going to happen next week. My manager is so hot and cold I can't predict what mood she is going to be in or how she's going to react to anything I say or do.
Thank you for all your feedback
