That looks great, may have to have a go building one, then you need one of those great big cast iron woks on top of it. Forgotten what that's called in Maori.

It's also not on wheels, so that might be a problem. Got a few boys who were round to move the slab on Thursday evening, so we're all go now. Looks straightforward. Guy at work is straightaway on about building one now. He is from Afrikaanerland though, so it will be an absolute edifice. lol

First cooking in the oven occurs Monday evening - went very well; better than I could have hoped. Bangs out a pizza in about 90 secs. Looking fwd to firing it up again at the weekend and trying a pice of meat and some sort of roasted veggie combo.
