Stopping Mortgage Relief payments?
Hi,
Anyone know which form from the Belastingdienst I should fill in to stop the monthly mortgage relief payments I receive?

You will need to go online or phone the "Belasting Telefoon" line : 0800 - 0543
You'll need your Dutch Social Security Number (Fiscale Nummer).

I would recommend calling the "Belastingtelefoon" first because the form is quite complex, and only a small section dedicated to this topic. Obviously there are specific reasons for cancelling monthly payment and the form is not so clear. I recently had to assist someone with a similar problem. Due to recent tax and benefit changes it's a bit of a minefield so be careful with what you submit and make sure it's 100% accurate.
