Default UK style duvets

I was wondering if there is anywhere in the USA that sells UK style duvets, you know those nice and warm light-weight ones, as these American comforters are way too heavy to sleep under.

Ikea has duvets in several weights from very light to very heavy (though they're listed on the Ikea site as "comforters" too). You can order them from Ikea's site online if you don't have a shop handy. I have also found that cheaper "comforters" from other retailers tend to be lightly filled.

I live in Houston, and I find all-cotton-shell quilts with polyester fill to be the perfect weight summer and winter. Quilts with synthetic-fabric shells would be too warm for me.

i just got one from amazon amazon.com

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

They dont seem to have any kind of warmth rating like the UK has its TOG rating.

M&S: http://www.marksandspencer.com/Duvet...ure/b/43875030, and they're currently delivering here for free.

Don't forget the covers too, as they don't sell those here either!

Ikea are the cucumber of the retail world. They basically hate you and want you dead. Evil bastards.

I didn't know they did real duvets and covers here! Are they the same size as the UK ones, does anyone know? I have UK duvets, including the excellent 1 TOG ones that M&S do now, but would like to be able to choose new covers in person rather than online.
