UK PCC delay.

UK PCC delay.
Hi,
I applied for an UK PCC from India last week ie 21st Dec on premium processing.
As per their website, premium processing takes only 2 working days.
But it has been 3 working days without 25th,26th and I have not got any reply from them.
I just got their mail of recieving my submission successfully on 21st.
Is this delay normal or just coz it is holidays time in UK now.

It's Christmas and New Year season !..... most places are closed or on skeleton staff
