UK marriage to Puerto Rican?
Hello,
Would really appreciate anyone's help on a fiancee visa. I would be marrying a woman born in Puerto Rico and I am a UK citizen. Is she a US citizen, is it just a K-1 visa? And she would be coming to the UK to live...
Cheers for your help

Puerto Rico is a territory of the United States. Residents of this
commonwealth are US citizens by birth. The only difference is they do
not have the right to vote in Presidential elections (if they reside
in Puerto Rico)and do not have to pay US income taxes (if they reside
in Puerto Rico). K-1 visas apply to people who enter the US with the
intention of marriage. If she is going to the UK to live, this would
not apply.
Do you want to come to the US???
