Depends on which part of the UK & the size & quality of the driving school.
Suggest a google for the location you will be going to.

Re: Teenage driving in UK - costs??
Hi
There are a huge amount of driving schools to choose from in most areas, our youngest started his lessons a few months ago and he is doing very well, they cost £17 pounds for 1 hour some schools were less some more, I phoned around for him and I put forward two driving schools as I liked the sound of both of them and our son picked the one he is with now. Cars can be very cheap to buy but the main cost is car insurance, the smaller the car engine, the most environment and safety type of cars then they are much lower on the insurance. Good luck

Young drivers pay very high insurance premiums.

Our oldest Son was 19 when he bought his first car (a Toyota) he put me on his drivers insurance and at first the cost was £700 p/a and has slowly gone down over the years, it is now (he is 25) £400 p/a but his newer car is not as environmentally friendly as his old one so it would be even cheaper.

Insurance won't be too horrific whilst learning, but the cost will go up significantly when she passes her test and is no longer supervised by another driver. Some companies offer the option to install a 'black box' in the car to monitor her driving habits, or have a curfew (no late night driving) and offer a reduced premium in return.
Is the Fiesta her own car or a family car that she will be sharing?
