Tax credit entitlement..
I'm British citizen, just moved back to UK and a week into my new job. My wife is only on a visit visa, she will go home next month, and come back on another visit visa. Once I have been working for about 8 months she will leave again to make settlement visa.
My question is, when should I apply for tax credits? Should I wait until she has a spouse visa before making an application for tax credits?
