Hi Everyone, hope someone can help with the above. Currently living in Fiji and looking at relocating back to the UK at the end of the year and will be taking our pet cat PJ with us. Was looking at travelling from Fiji via Los Angeles to London Heathrow and subsequently contacted a pet relocation agent in Los Angeles. They have advised that all paperwork has to be completed by a pet relocation agent in Fiji? Unfortunately, after checking this is not possible as there aren't any!!

Could I ask if anyone has had experience of relocating from Fiji back to the UK (using may be an alternative route )and their experience/process involved.

Any help/suggestions greatly appreciated.

Possibly they meant the paperwork needs to be filled in by a vet in Fiji?
The cat needs to be certified fit to fly and have certain treatments like worming perhaps before it leaves. OR they mean the airwaybill for the cat which the airline usually produces.

Did you bring PJ to Fiji? or is s/he from there? You need an ISO readable chip. Some American chips are not readable in the UK ( not sure what they have in Fiji) so you then need to attach the scanner to the carrier which is tricky.

I found a couple of pet relocation that go to fiji so I think they will ship out from there too. petrelocation is well a well known international company. Hopefully they can help you.
