Anyone know of a good company to ship some of our house contents from Florida to the UK?
I am not talking furniture here - more a (considerable!_) quantity of knicknacks, books, and so on. - so it's not worthwhile having a container.
Appreciate any leads.

I used ABCWheaton when I moved from the Nashville TN area to Glasgow. Their email is [email protected] - they may be a Nashville company, but are part of a worldwide network, and may be able to direct you to their local branch in your area.
Like you, I had no furniture, but a load of "stuff". Books, clothes, home stuff (paintings, knick-knacks, etc.), 2 bicycles, folding dog kennel, etc., etc.
They were supremely professional in all aspects - estimate, packing, shipping, insurance, paperwork. Reasonable too - about $3,000 if I recall.
