Ok so i need to move my money to the UK.
How do i get it out?
Can i open a UK account whilst in SA and transfer it?

To open a bank account in the UK you have to have a registered house address in the UK. if you know and trust someone in the UK, with an existing bank account, you could transfer money to their account on your behalf.
I am also in SA and I use a company in SA called Exchange4free to do my transfers. They will also help you with your allowances that you can take out. You could also ask them for advise if you don't know anyone in the UK with an account.
