Re: Brits in the USA
I have run into a number of British male citizens
who are divorcing their British wife and marrying
an American woman to obtain a Green Card to work
here (often in the IT field).
Does the INS maintain annual statistics of marriage-related
Green Cards issued to British men either recently divorced
or who are in the process of getting divorced in the UK?

There are statistics of greencards issued by country (or at least
immigrants by country by year; not sure about sex) but I tend to doubt
that the same statistics track whether the eventual greencard holder was
divorced. A person could not obtain a greencard if the divorce was only
just "in process" (it would have to be completed in order for the visa
to be issued).
