Default Assets declaration after moving back to the UK

I moved back to the UK this month, after living 14 years in Spain. i understand I will have to submit a tax return next year for 2015, but as I am now living in the UK , would I have to submit a 720 assets declaration due to the fact I have just bought a property which will be my main residence, and my bank account increased by more than 20 k due to proceeds from the sale of my house in Spain being transferred to the UK.
Now that I am back in the UK, surely it is no longer of interest to the Spanish taxman what I have in the UK?
