The person we are seeking will have more than 20years of experience in commercial contracts & significant experience in the management of claims in large scale buildings projects.

Qualification: A University degree or diploma in quantity Surveying is a requirement for this position, together with membership of the RICS.
While prior experience in the Gulf Region would be beneficial, most important will be your prior experience with post contract claims on large building projects.
