Business Development Director - 5* hotel, Bahrain

Description:
Highly experienced Business Development Director / Sales Director with a 5* property background required for this major hotel in Bahrain.
Key responsibilities:
• Developing and training the field sales, in-house sales, telemarketing, public relations and art department teams
• Ensure target and budget achievement across all hotel products.
• To set the Hotel’s pricing strategy in conjunction with the General Manager
• To ensure yield maximization in Rooms, C&B Sales and other revenue generating areas
• To maximize the effectiveness of all marketing and public relations activity
• To ensure that brand standards are maintained
To apply for this role you must be in a similar role within a major 5* property, managing the entire sales function whilst being hands on.
You must have excellent communication skills and the ability and experience to deal with the hotel’s VIP and VVIP guests.
