Your thoughts about Al Nakhla Compound, Riyadh, KSA
Hello All,
We will be relocating to Riyadh from Doha, Qatar shortly.
I would love to hear from those of you who live in Al Nakhla Compound to find out your your impression of it. It is now fully occupied? What are properties / services like? We will be offered options for the 2-3 beds. What are the property gardens like? And how about the “community life”?
Any input you are able to provide will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you so much.

We are also looking at Al Nakhla as we are moving to Riyadh from Dubai in April so would be really keen for any feedback/advance as it looks very impressive from the website etc.
Many thanks in advance

I don't know that much about it, not been there since it was finished being built. From the little I've heard, it seems a bit over priced for the actual accommodation, but if the company is paying, then that isn't an issue. Looks nice at first glance, and is in a good location, close to some reasonable shopping, British School, easy enough access to the airport.
Can't comment on the facilities / amenities though.

have heard from friends that the units/villas are very small in comparison to other higher end compounds but the shared facilities (pool, etc) are good.
