Well you have covered quite a lot there have`nt you, from Studio to luxury apartment with private garden and swimming pool !!

Now you can rent a Studio in a decent building with access to a pool and gym etc, but the cost depends on where you want to be situated, so anywhere from AED40K to AED90K or more!!

When you have made your mind up which you want, or rather which you can afford start looking on different sites such as Dubizzle which has listings with pics!

thank you really appreciate your decent comment mate. ill have a look on that. I assume you live in dubai? do you much how live is there, very expensive as i heard from people, taxis from dubai international to Jumairah how much would they take. also i assume you need 3 months orginal bank statement to open non resident saving account there.

Yes it is expensive, but that is relevant to what you earn!
Taxi from DXB to Jumeirah would be about 75-90 dirhams.
If you are looking at coming to live here, why would you even be considering opening a non-resident bank account....also you need to be a resident to rent!

Where in Jumeirah?

From the beginning of the area that is traditionally known as Jumeirah to the far end of Jumeirah Beach Residence (which is often shortened to Jumeirah in tourist circles) is a distance of 18 miles or so.

On another thread you are saying that you are coming for a weeks holiday, so why are you wasting your time with this thread (and others I hasten to add), why do you not do your homework when you are here on holiday........or are you just wasting time on here?
