i was thinking of joining in the fast this year to see how far through the month I can get...
maybe not strictly - I'd probably allow myself water, and I'm not sure i could get up early enough to have brekkers before dawn, but then I'm not a big breakfast eater anyway!

you could keep some sort of diary on here...we'll be supportive of you, maybe that would make it a bit easier....
I like to think of it as keeping an eye on you.......

I fasted a couple of years ago and will probably do it again this year. not as tough as you'd think, that said its not that easy either.
however, driving is like an out of body experience, i drove clean off the road on day three, scared the crap out of myself
