How cheap is the cost of living in Qatar ?

Er, how long is a piece of string.
It's not really a question though. It will be very dependent on what you expect, what you have and what you need.
Accommodation seems insanely expensive to me. Cars seem insanely cheap. Food and eating out is pricier than I'm used to. Utilities are trifling.
So you see it's all a bit variable.
There is a good spreadsheet at the head of this forum where you can enter some basic data and get an idea of what to expect.
Add a bit more info to your question here and you can probably glean a lot more information.
