Default How do I clesr bounced cheque warrant

My debt is not the issue here as the arrest warrant is for the blank or bounced cheque (cant remember what I gave them). How do I get rid of that arrest warrant seeing as it isnt to do with oweing money? Will a clearance letter still suffice? Jurisdiction was Abu Dhabi.

This does not make sense. Your criminal offence is to issue a cheque when you either did not have the funds to cover it or the means to honour the cheque (perhaps you closed the account knowing that there was outstanding cheques?) This is a criminal offence for which you are apparently guilty and an arrest warrant has been issued. There must be a debt, because presumably you did not issue a cheque for a zero amount and presumably the claimant did not pursue you for non payment of a cheque for no amount.

How can the debt NOT be the issue? That'll be the reason there is a warrant against you. The bank is the only party that can put a stop to it, once a debt is cleared.
