Yes, he is loving it. It is a dream for an architect in Dubai as people have lots of money to spend and always want to out do others! He was recently poached by a client to work as a Project Manager and finds that side quite boring in comparison but still does lots of design jobs.

excellent- I almost took a PM job- good if you want to rediscover the meaning of the word 'buildability' (assuming there is such a word)...even almost took a design job in dubai!! Luckily I persevered...
