Housing Areas
Hello,
I was wondering if I may pick the brains of the wise?
Looking for a villa for my family (me, wife, 2 young sons) with the following criteria in mind.
Not too expensive (max of 160,000 pa), 3 bedrooms, community feel (pool, a few shops, gated etc) not too far from Silicon Oasis (that's where our school will be) and not too far from the airport (as that's work for me).
The best I can see is Al Reem on the edge of Arabian Ranches. The only thing is something a little closer to the airport would be ideal.
Falcon City doesn't have community pool yet, I can't find any availability in The Villa, and am unsure as to whether there is/are community pool(s) in The Villa anyway. Silicon Oasis itself seems too expensive. Anyone know anything about Al Warqa? Any ideas?
Thanks for reading this and any suggestions you may have.

Re: Housing Areas
Assuming you mean DXB and not DWC it's actually not much difference driving time if you live off of the old Emirates road corridor (E311). Al Waha is mainly 2 story apartments, has community pool and road onto the Truck Road, new Emirates road (E611) is being constructed. Right next to Leydan which is filled with Emirates aircrew. Lots of people work at the new airport but live in The Villa or Falcon City. I live in Jumeirah Village Triangle and work at both airports, now the Al Khail is fully open its 5 minutes difference between the two airports. Mate lives in JVC and it takes him 17 minutes to get to DXB.

If only I hadn't misplaced my very own shiny coins. I can but wonder.
