An FSH level test at the appropriate time of month will help determine stress levels / fertility levels for your wife.
Also I'd strongly recommend BBT charting, so your wife knows her cycle. I actually spotted the day that my first horn son's embryo implanted it can be that amazingly sensitive � ����
