Thankfully yes. If only they could also sort my UK house sale

I could do with some advice regarding a couple of clauses in my contract. Can anyone on here recommend anyone who could do that.

Specifically related to

Disciplinary Action
Termination
Non compete
Given this is an open ended contract do I need any specific clause to allow me to leave and work for an alternative company without having to come back to the UK and then return ?
