How fiery? Molten flow of lava or tingle in your winky?
If a tingle then expect to move through the phases of tingling, to slight sting, getting hotter, full burn and then finally molten lava flow.
If you are at the molten lava stage already, you are looking at a further 5 to 6 days excruciating pain until finally your nerve endings burn out rendering you immune to (feeling the symptoms of) this infection
