Default Compounds in Riyadh

I've had an offer with an accommodation allowance of SAR105k which seemed a little low but I'm told compound prices have come down in Riyadh - anyone know if this is true and whether I'm going to get anything half decent in the way of a villa or bungalow for my missus, daughter and I? Cheers chaps.

No, just from the area. Went to school in the south. Assume you did?

Hi there, depends which compound you choose to live, SR 105k for accommodation in riyadh is less i believe however you can rent a nice villa.

Hi All

I've just arrived in Riyadh and don't even know where to start - so any advice is gladly accepted. In the same boat as this gent with a low-ish allowance. I need to be in the north or east of the city. Thanks!
