I go with mine - although often just ignore her when I'm there. I like to make sure she is doing the deadlifts and squats though. She needs to keep that arse nice.

I can't be doing with it , unfortunately for me i need to use the pool so where there's a pool there's the selfie brigade .

just start really light and get the form sorted (do the strong lifts program) She was pushing out 75kg 4x8 this week, which I thought was pretty decent.
