Best family villa compound in Doha, Qatar?
Hi everyone,
The compound villas look pretty good for family activities, swimming pools, tennis courts, safety, some have stores in them, etc. We want a 'community' feel so we can get to know people quickly. We have a small dog, so apartment living doesn't sound great.
Can you recommend what you see as the best villa compound for the above needs?
I can pay up to 25k/month rent.
I'll worry about traffic and such later--the housing is top of our list.
thanks!

the quality of life here depends A LOT from traffic and your daily movements. Said that, I would look in the Katara beach - West bay area. there is a wonderful compound - but very expensive they say - near katara, where mant embassis are located, with private access to the beach, but I don't remember the name - maybe you find it on google maps.

thanks very much--it looks like a nice area--I just can't find much info about community recreation for kids there...
