Good evening everybody

i am sure i aint the first guy to be having issues applying for the work visa through my real estate company as my visa got rejected twice

because i had my name changed back in 2012 when i applied for my british passport to my correct name and when my company applied for my visa the first and second time same issue so i went to the main office in al qusais they said i need the following

father passport copy new and old ( i have )
birth certificate ( i don't have )

is there a way such as going to the british embassy and telling them to make me a letter to authenticate that i don't have a birth certificate or to authenticate that i am a legitimate person

i am so confused i have been here for 7 months and have been extending my visa every 40 days maximum because i couldnt find a job now that i have found a job i am having these issues i have spent so much money living here paying for everything i can't go back to the uk like this not only is this embarrassing but its a shame

so could anybody guide me on the right path please i would really appreciate your help it would mean a lot to me

Where is your birth certificate, you can't get a British passport without it.

at the time i applied it was available now it has been mis placied or even lost due to moving houses or just lost in general

Were you born in UK? The embassy can assist you to get a replacement birth certificate, make an appointment and find out.

When it comes to the UK Embassy and Consulate that have no interest unless it is trade related. You certainly can't 'make' them do a thing!

Why have you not applied for a new UK birth certificate? It's simple and you can request and pay for it online.

You need to get this sorted as you are working illegally and both you and your employer can be heavily fined. It's also possible to individuals to be deported for working without visas.

If it is a British birth certificate you can order a copy over the phone. Forget the Embassy. They do not see their role as to help ordinary citizens.

It's not a British birth certificate.

I'm sure you can get a new one printed in Pakistan for a small fee to the right person.
