Avg salary, cost of living, medical in Bahrain?

Avg salary, cost of living, medical in Bahrain?
I'm Indonesian and will be having an interview next week for a job in Bahrain (perhaps in Manama city) as IT Head/Supervisor for big retail company. I got 10 years of experience in IT. Perhaps someone could tell me about the average/rough salary (monthly/annually) for that position? Also about cost of living, getting accomodation, transportation, etc.
Another important thing to consider is that my wife is now about 2-3 months pregnant. Would it be easy/good to deliver the baby there? And perhaps raise the baby for couple of years. Is there any medical insurance (or social security) for this? If not, is the hospital expensive? Thanks in advance.
