Anything other than 51 East or Sharaf DG?

Are there any AV, home entertainment shops/dealers. I'm wanting to buy speakers, have everything else. I'm interested in something other than a Chinese cardboard box so the likes of Mission, B&W, Tannoy etc.

Any ideas? Googling isn't getting me very far.

There is a Haram Kardon shop in the City Centre mall, B&O and Bose in the Laguna mall or TechnoQ that used to have a showroom behind the Radisson but not sure if it is there anymore.

You will be able to fly to Dubai, pick up what you want and fly back cheaper than buying from Qatar (seriously). Electronics are bloody expensive here!

I bought a new LG 4K TV earlier this week - 5999QAR in Qatar (best price) and 4300DHS in Dubai. I checked it in as hold luggage

ps; check out Definitive Technology if you're an audiophile. I have the ST speakers and they are mind blowing.

Something like the STS is a decent investment if your budget can stretch to it...

Thanks, I'm beginning to think that's the only sensible option. Those DT STS look interesting, I don't need anything too outrageous for the Doha flat so 6 foot tall electrostatics are not on the cards.

I have a UK trip planned for about 2 months from now so that's another option I guess.
