Just wanted to thank everyone for comments..
Did look at Dubai. Did also check out Global Property Guide but some of their figures looked a bit weird to me and yes, noticed it was a bit old (prior to all the political problems here).
End result: I decided to use my money to buy lots of coins which I've stored in a massive vault, which I occasionally open for a swim like scrooge mcduck
