Al Hamra Riyadh Compound Prices?
I have been offered a 2 bed villa for SAR 205K and a 3 bed villa (cat C) for SAR 305K.
Is anyone able to share what they are currently paying at Al-Hamra? Should I accept the prices offered or is there more room to negotiate?
