Access to family beach on Bahrain please

Access to family beach on Bahrain please
Can anybody suggest a beach (+ cafe? ) on Bahrain suitable for a young family (pre-school), please? Just a one day visit.
Free or pay?
Easy car parking?

if you're happy to pay then I'd suggest a hotel like either the Sofitel or the Ritz Carlton. The former has a special children's play pool.
the Yacht Club in Sitra is a bit more down market but I'm not sure they allow non-members access to their beach. You could call them and ask.
there are free public beaches but none that I've been to have "a cafe" and many fail to meet basic standards of cleanliness. The one at Al Budaiya Park is pretty decent. Nice for watching the sunset.
