I was in Rotherham just last week, stopped in at a place called Whistle Stop Sweet Shop for some old fashioned sweets, its at the corner of Westgate, Ship Hill and Market place, also had a yummy bacon cob from a place called Cafe Bistro in All Saints Square...

Never thought I'd miss Rotherham. Not that I ever go near the town centre

Re: Who is from Yorkshire?
Hated the reason for the trip, but still loved old England, and for the first time ever people had sympathy for me living over here, I was amazed, they finally are getting clued in about the medical situation here, plus people in the UK have rights that we would never have, they have it so much better than the common American, its not perfect in the UK but still its very very good...
Its great switching on the telly and not being surrounded by politics, wall street, religion, murder, abortion and the gay issue, that really stood out, OK so they complain about the price of petrol but everyone complains about something... I heard nobody complaining about the holidays they get...
I just wished I had left this country years ago, I feel my life wasting away...
