Hullo,
Husband is considering offer for Abu Dhabi.
How easy is it for spouses to get jobs? Got a bit shafted in Malaysia as expat women spouses not really desirable as employees no matter the experience or discipline.

Organise it before you arrive. Same situation in Middle East as seasia. If it is seen as a hobby for you, then you will get shafted. If you approach as a professional before you arrive, you can become "wanted"....

Well unless HR get back with a revised offer he won't be working for anyone over there!!
