Setting up a Company in UAE Freezones
I came on here earlier this year but my set up was delayed. But now I'm back 
I am setting up a HR Consultancy in the UAE FZ's to deal with my clients mainly in Saudi Arabia. I have been speaking to a few set up agencies and all are giving me various options
As I live in Saudi Arabia I do not need a physical office in UAE for the first 12 months at least.....maybe down the line when I expand I will take an office along with employment visas etc. I have been recommended to set up in Fujairah Creative City on 'License only' basis - total set up cost being AED 23500 - the company in question is called Business Setup Consultants.
Has anyone heard of this organisation? They want all the money up front - is this normal? Also, can anyone recommend companies or other ways of setting up Single shareholder FZ companies that fit my criteria?
