Default Job offer Doha - worth moving ?

Hy Guys,

just received an offer for a position within my multinational, to relocate to Doha as Business Unit Controller with the following package:

20000 base
10250 housing allowance
2300 Transport allowance
Flight allowance for 1 annual flight

in addition
25% annual base as a bonus, based on 100% performance (which means from minimum 60.000,- up to max 150.000,-)
Relocation assistance, one-time payment of 5000 QAR
Full family medical insurance if sponsored by you
25 days vacation +public holidays
1 month in accommodation upon arrival
Visa provided by the company
Company sim card.
Lap top

I'm 30, and have 11 years in the Group, worked already in 2 countries, and i'll finish my MBA in Spring next year.
I'll relocate all by myself, no family for the time being

Could give some feedback please!
Thanks

if your a street sweeper, it's a great package, if your a brain surgeon it's pretty shit. Scamp will likely pop along and run through the maths with you shortly.

Happy to help and go through the numbers for you as well if you want but the basis of what I think is in there.

Give me your UK situation and I can try and replicate.

Also, what do you do?
