They will fly you/family/kids out for 4 days... 2 days of interviews which include school/accomodation tours. They put you up in a hotel near ADIA; food covered if you eat in the hotel, and they give you a 7x24 chauffeur for when your there. Max 4 nights in the hotel coverly. Probably you will be interviewed by 6-8 people

I havent got my PDI results yet and believe they are still assessing people for this role. I though had a feedback discussion with PDI guys which was OK.

C'mon Deano. There are plenty of people happy there. My husband is, our neighbours are. There are about 20 families in our compound and none of the ones I'm close to are planning to leave. More than that, they actual appreciate it. It's a true featherbed. ADIA were bloody fantastic to us when our son was seriously ill, paying for all the extras that the insurance didn't cover. Our daughter needs OT which is paid for, no questions asked.

My husband says he is challenged and also enjoys his role, feeling professionally fulfilled. We will leave but he doesn't think there is anywhere comparable professionally for him at the moment.

New member here. I'd be really interested if any of you that have recently taken the pdi tests for Adia could share a little info as to what to expect.
I have one coming up and was also told to expect a job simulation in addition to some tests.
