Environmental job wanted...
Hi there everyone,
Well i am due to move to Dubai on the 30th of May after securing a job earlier this month. Currently up to my neck in paperwork and sorting my rented flat but I'm still quite excited about everything! Fingers crossed everything runs smoothly...
My OH is hoping to join me at some point (I know about the laws re: living together etc- we intend to live separately) but due to the extremely fast turnaround of me actually getting the Dubai job, he hasn't managed to find anything of interest job wise yet. He is an environmental scientist (specialising in stack emissions- air quality) and would like something in either Abu Dhabi or Dubai. He has nearly 10 years of experience in environmental science.
I wonder if anyone would be able to help give some insight into whether his trade is doing OK at the minute or how in demand his field is? We have a fair idea but it would be good to hear it from the horses's mouth. Feel slightly relieved that it's not construction anyway!
Or perhaps there are some recruitment agents out there who may be able to help? We would really appreciate the help
