postgraduate, no experience = no chance?
Hey all,
I would like to work for an NGO in Doha that focuses on societal issues (youth unemployment/media and new media/public opinion/)
But most jobs that are advertised are not the ones I am looking for.
Also, I have NO experience (just received a first class degree, and currently work part time as a sales assistant). So I am a rather unimpressive candidate
What could I do to get even an internship with a qatari ngo?
I am determined to go to Doha come what may after I finish my Master in September 2013.

Why would chose Doha to work for an NGO? Are there any? The social develop funds I can think of are QF and Badkar (for something, i need to check) and they are linked to the government ... Why not go to a place that actually needs you... like Africa.

Millhouse forgot to add. Any and all jobs at those places – unless they call for a high skill set that just doesn't exist in the region – go to locals. So you really are better looking elsewhere. Sorry.
