Are there any other areas in AD centre that I should consider? Sounds like MBZ isn't the place to live, and living in AD is the best idea.

there you go, if you are not from this country you are an expat and so mbz is not local. go to the local housing areas and then see the big difference. a lot of people will go to mbz as they live in the residential area of mussafah so they will have a choice of delma mall, mayzad mall and when open capital mall, or perhaps you need to go and look at safa mall too!
