Use of middle name in Adjustment of Status AOS paperwork
Hi there! I'm currently working in the US on an L-1 visa. I'll be marrying my partner at the end of October and we're currently preparing the joint filing paperwork to file thereafter.
I have a question relating to the use of my middle name: My middle name is written on my birth certificate, but not on my passport / L1 paperwork / US drivers license or Social Security Card.
Should I use my middle name when filing the AOS paperwork or leave it off? I'm worried about discrepancies.
Would be grateful for your thoughts and advice. Thank you!

Most forms have space for other names used.
As an aside, in my experience, Government practice has been inconsistent on which name will be used. I think it depends on the individual bureaucrat.
