FP appointment 30th January, Charleston, SC. After that the wait. Just keeping people informed although I think things are now moving much faster in the intitial stages.

Finally got the Finger Printing notice today. It's in Cincinnati, OH
but I thought it was going to be in Louisville, KY but I am not complaining at all ... glad to have an appointment.
What should I take with me to FP appointment? I plan to take Green Card and DL ... anything else?

but I thought it was going to be in Louisville, KY but I am not complaining at all ... glad to have an appointment.
What should I take with me to FP appointment? I plan to take Green Card and DL ... anything else?

Hmm, still no FP notice for me, very annoying.
It is also highly likely that I won't be able to attend on the date once it turns up - I'm about to go overseas for work for a month.
Can you guys who already have your notices tell me what it says (if anything) about going on an alternate date for your fingerprinting?

My first notice gave alternative dates when I could attend ( e.g.any Wednesday at given times between certain dates). The second notice (for re-do) gives a phone number for re-scheduling.
I've read on another forum that people have done "walk-ins" before the date of their appointments and had their FPs done with no problems. Perhaps if you call your district/field office and ask about it, they might be helpful.

Receipt with exception. Some missing evidence. I should expect to be notified for interview in 180 days. The NOA number does not show any status on the USCIS website.
