I am currently adjusting from an L1B to GC through marriage and submitted my pack a few weeks ago.

I have just had a letter requesting I submit evidence of my lawful admission into the United States which can be in "Form I-94, arrival / departure record, form I-512 with completed arrival stamp, or a copy of the non immigrant visa page of your passport showing admission to the United States"

My question is that I submitted the non immigrant visa page already as part of my supporting evidence. I confirmed this as I made a complete duplicate of the pack for my records and confirmed its in there and on the table of contents.

Does this mean they lost my original copy as supporting evidence? As the I-94 is online I'm just going to print a copy of this and send it back also. I'm assuming a print out is fine?

It's fairly common. It could still be in your file and someone just overlooked it.
