Based on my recent experience, if you have a timeline to meet I would recommend ordering the priority service with DHL courier delivery. This is just FYI - YMMV, as I'm in Canada.

I placed an online order on August 1st using the standard service. It was despatched via airmail on August 27th (GRO website states it will be sent on the 15th working day from receipt of order) and I finally received it here this past week, on October 24th

By mid September I had decided it wasn't going to arrive, so ordered another copy, this time priority service with DHL delivery. That copy arrived in about a week or just under.
