SALOONI..don't go by the date u received it. look at the date on ur NOA or go online and check it. Because that is the actual date of ur NOA.

That is true Salooni!! Your 1st NOA date is not the day you receive it in the mail, but the date that is on the actual paper that says "reciept date". Closer than you thought huh! ; - )

Hey guys, remember Tania and Hamid the couple that got their K3 approved in 59 days? (their info is on marraigebasedvias.org)
Well I emailed them and asked how it was so fast, while we are looking forward to waiting for 100+ days. This is the response:

For the K-3 process there are 2 notice of actions.
I had my first december 30th and now I have my second notice of action. I
wrote to the website and asked them why there is not a place for second
notice of action and they did not respond. They must have filled in the
detail such as approved date and not second notice of action.
From my first notice of action to my second notice of action was a little
over 30 days.
My case is being expedited due to severe changes in my life. Allthough it
will take an act of god to bring my husband here in time I only pray.
I wish you all luck and the patience we all have to endure in this process.
It is the best and only way.
